I think we all had Mr. Harper for an english teacher at Catalina. The Sunday Star paper had an article about him that brought back some memories. The article did say that he is currenty in hospice but there is also a website that people are telling their stories and paying tribute to Mr. Harper.

I met a gal in the Bay Horse Tavern on Grant street 14 years ago who played womens rugby for the UofA and was from Wyoming and I said WOW thats the one for me. We moved to Wyoming 12 years ago and have been married for 10. I'm an independent contractor who installs Telecommunications on Oil rigs. I set up sattelite phones, internet and intercom systems, right now I have about 150 rigs. My wife is a licsensed land surveyor for the BLM. We have a cabin in the Medicine Bow Forrest and spend as much time as possible in the wilderness. Wyoming is an awesome place to live, I still love 4-wheeling and hunting and fishing. Since my best friend Darrell Goll died 3 years ago I have not been down to Tucson very much, but I will try to make it to the 25th. | Comments: | Hello classmates! I have had a lot of changes in my life since the 10th reunion. Back then I was single and living in Texas. Now I’m married and have been living in Anchorage AK since 1993.
I did spend some winters back in Tucson from 1994 to 98 running my business, Tucson Carriage Co, until my son had a near fatal accident after falling off of our horse-drawn hay wagon in the Winterhaven Festival of Lights. After his recovery, we sold the business and decided to stay in Alaska year round. I am now a Flight Attendant for an Alaska Airlines in state commuter, called Peninsula Airways. My husband Jeff is a foreman for Anchorage Sand and Gravel, and my teenage son Garrett is a football player. We live on 2 1/2 acres and have 4 horses. I run an english/western riding club on my property. We also enjoy skiing, snow machining, hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, gardening and traveling. | Comments: | Way to go, it was cool reading the entries, hence now its my turn. I didn't make the last two reunions but am thinking I may just go for it for our 25th. That just blows me away, its been 25 years! Its all good. I've been in Anchorage for 10 years, lived in Bellevue Wa. for about a year before that. I've been with Costco (Price Club back when I started on Grant Rd) for 22 years and I have a 9 1/2 year old son who's almost as tall as me! Big kid. Anchorage is incredible, beautiful place to live. That said however, I have given thought to moving back to Tucson to be near family. I don't know if I could tolerate the heat anymore? Our 'heatwaves' are when it hits the high 40's after bearing the negative degrees of winter. Soooo, we'll see. Definitely have to pray about our move back... which makes the most sense. I've been married for 16 yrs (2nd one of course) we have a wonderful boy named Travis-Jay that will be turning 12 this August. Sorry to report though he's in the Amphi district and will be goin to Amphi High School...So NO boo'ing and hissing at me when ya see me...lol
As for me, I'm a Domestic Goddess and a greatful one at that. Geez what else am i suppose to say....lol
Cant wait to see everyone again and hopefully more this year too...And high 5's to ALL the Jefferson Park Elementry buddies.....WE ROCKED at the 20th... Muahhhhhhh to everyone |

| Comments: | I don't think I can make the 25th, but am not done trying to think outside of the box. They only allow me one personal day per school year. Believe it or not, I'm a music teacher and a pastor. I teach grades 7-12 music in a private school for the Puyallp tribe (Chief Leschi School) and serve on staff at the West Seattle Church of the Nazarene. I'm about a year away from Ordination. I also achieved a failed mariage which resulted in the blessing of my 16-year-old daughter Megan. If you really knew me in high school, who'd have figured I'd end up teaching or preaching? I'd love to hear from any of you out there!

It does feel like 25 years to me....sorry, but I have a twenty two year old son and a nineteen year old son (both in college already) and if my recollection serves me correctly, they came along sometime AFTER high school. I sure hope to make it to the reunion. I missed the last one because it was on one of my kids' birthdays. The only thing that's holding me back is the fact that I have a nine year old daughter that will be in school at that time and it's really hard to find someone to watch her during school while I travel out of state. I'm working on it though! I hope you all are well. I have very fond memories of so many of you. Thanks to the reunion committee for organizing all this stuff! I'm here in Tucson. Married 20 years and I have four children. I live in North West Tucson where I am a Residential Real Estate Consultant.
Hope to see you all at the reunion. I know the first one I went to I was just going to pop in on Cocktail night and say "hey" I was having so much fun I registered for the rest of the reunion. I din't want to miss anything at the next reunion so I volunteered for the reunion committee. Too much fun. I don't know about you but I rarely run into class mates in town. | Comments: | I sure hope to see more classmates attend the 25th reunion. Our 10 and 20 have been great ones, but I know we'll make sure the third time is a real charm. Can you believe this is our third reunion? Wow! I remember when my parents went to their 25th reunion and I thought they were so old! (We're not old, we're still having fun.) Now, if you haven't been to a reunion yet, it's your turn. The committee planning has been a great way to keep in touch. Thanks committee for the fun! I'm still teaching school in the Vail School District, and I've even had some classmates students in the district. If you're living in the Vail School District post a message and I'd love to hear from you. You might also see me cycling around town, even on the northwest side. Love to ride to Oro Valley and Catalina. I've given up the running and taken up cycling. The old age is creeping up the injury list, but I'll keep on rolling.
